Logging in to Concord-MyEquiant

1. Check Your Welcome Email
   You should have received a welcome email from Equiant-Concord containing:

   • Your account number

   • Instructions for online access

   • Contact information

2. Visit the Concord-MyEquiant Website
   Go to:  https://esp.myaccountinfo.com

3. Choose “Login with Account Number”
   On the login page, select the “Login with account number” option — this is the quickest way to access your account.

4. Complete the Consumer Log In
   Use the account number provided and follow the on-screen instructions:

   • Your account number

   • Last 4 digits of the Phone Registered for your loan or Last 4 digits of SSN
