Making your payment upfront is a simple process, and we’re here to make sure it’s as smooth as possible.

Visit the Concord-MyEquiant Website
Go to: https://esp.myaccountinfo.com -
Choose “Login with Account Number”
On the login page, select the “Login with account number” option — this is the quickest way to access your account.Click to show an example of where to click

Select the option "Make a Payment"
Once you complete your log in you have to select the option "Make a payment" and then the option "Payment".

This will guide you to the "Make a Payment" Page. Click on the "Make a Payment On: Loan" option:
Here you will have to click on the options listed bellow to complete your payment You should have received a welcome email from Equiant-Concord containing:-
Select the Option: Under the transaction type, choose Loan to begin the upfront payment process.

Payment Source: In this section, you’ll select how you'd like to make your payment:

One-Time ACH – The amount will be deducted from your registered bank account.

One-Time Credit Card – The amount will be charged to your credit card.
-
Auto ACH – Select this option to activate automatic payments (if not already active).

Use Previous Account: If you’ve already registered a bank account, you’ll see a dropdown list of available accounts under Use Previous Account.
When you select an account from this list, the following fields will be filled in automatically:-
Name on Account

Bank Account Type
-
Routing Number
-
Bank Account Number
If you haven’t registered a bank account yet, you can manually enter the required details in those fields.

- Pay Amount: Enter the exact amount you wish to pay in the Payment Amount field.

Payment Date: Select the date you'd like the payment to be deducted from your account.
This is the date when the amount you entered will be processed, so be sure to choose one that works best for you. -
Payment Type: Please select the type of payment you want to complete

Regular Payment: This payment will be applied toward your monthly installment, covering interest and principal as scheduled.

Principal Balance Reduction Payment: This payment will go directly toward reducing your loan’s principal balance, helping you pay off the loan faster and potentially reduce interest over time.

Click on Submit Button: With this you will confirm your payment and that will move you to a screen that it will show you the confirmation of your payment. In this page you can validate the information put it and send yourself an email confirmation
