Visit the Concord-MyEquiant Website
Go to: https://esp.myaccountinfo.com -
Choose “Login with Account Number”
On the login page, select the “Login with account number” option — this is the quickest way to access your account.Click to show an example of where to click

Select the option "Make a Payment"
Once you complete your log in you have to select the option "Make a payment" and then the option "Manage Payment Method".

- Select the type of payment method that you want to modify, in this case you can set up a Credit Card or a Bank Account. Remember that the information that you set up here it will be available later to complete your payments. If you want to check how to complete your payments you can review the article.

Credit Cards: In this part you will see the information of the credit card registered. You will be able to add new car information on the section "Add New Credit Card" including the information: Name on Card, Card Type, Card Number and Expiration Date.

Bank Accounts: In this section, you will see the bank account that are registered now in your loan account. You can add a new account on the section "Add New Bank Account" providing the information belllow:

Name on Account

Bank Account Type

Bank Account Number

Bank Account Routing Number

- After completing the information on these sections you can click on the "Submit" Button. Now if you want to do a new payment with the bank account updated, it will be available on the drop down list of "Use previous Account Options" In the "Make A Payment" Section.
