How to Make a Payment in Concord-MyEquiant
Complete your upfront payment quickly and securely through the Concord portal.

Making your upfront payment is a simple process, and we're here to make sure it's as smooth as possible.

Visit the Concord-MyEquiant Website
Open your browser and go to:
Choose "Login with Account Number"
On the login page, select "Login with account number" — this is the quickest way to access your account.

Select "Make a Payment" → "Payment"
Once logged in, select "Make a Payment" from the menu, then choose "Payment".

Configure Your Payment Details
On the "Make a Payment" page, click "Make a Payment On: Account" and fill in the following:
Select the Option
Under Transaction Type, choose this option to begin the upfront payment process.
Payment Source
Select how you'd like to make your payment:
Use Previous Account
If you've already registered a bank account, select it from the "Use Previous Account" dropdown. These fields will fill in automatically:
Enter the Payment Amount
Enter the exact amount you wish to pay in the Payment Amount field.
Select the Payment Date
Choose the date you'd like the payment to be deducted from your account. This is when the amount will be processed, so pick a date that works best for you.
Select the Payment Type
Choose the type of payment you want to complete:
Regular Payment
Applied toward your monthly installment, covering interest and principal as scheduled.
Principal Balance Reduction Payment
Goes directly toward reducing your principal balance balance — helping you pay off faster and potentially reduce interest over time.

Click "Submit" to Confirm Your Payment
Click the "Submit" button to confirm. You'll be taken to a confirmation screen where you can validate your payment details and send yourself an email confirmation.

Payment submitted!
Your payment has been submitted successfully. Check your email for a confirmation receipt from Concord-MyEquiant.
