How to Update Your Payment Method

Updating your payment information

Changing your payment information is a simple process, and we're here to make sure it's as smooth as possible.

Follow these steps

Visit the Concord-MyEquiant Website

Open your browser and go to:

https://esp.myaccountinfo.com — Bookmark this page for easy access next time!

Choose "Login with Account Number"

On the login page, select "Login with account number" — this is the quickest way to access your account.

Select "Make a Payment" → "Manage Payment Method"

Once logged in, select "Make a Payment" and then choose "Manage Payment Method".

Select Your Payment Method Type

Choose the type of payment method you want to add or update. You can set up a Credit Card or a Bank Account. This information will be available for future payments.

Credit Card

You'll see your registered credit card information. To add a new card under "Add New Credit Card", provide:

Name on Card
Card Type
Card Number
Expiration Date

Bank Account

You'll see your registered bank accounts. To add a new account under "Add New Bank Account", provide:

Name on Account
Bank Account Type
Bank Account Number
Bank Account Routing Number

Click "Submit" to Save Your Changes

After filling in your information, click the "Submit" button to save. Your new payment method will now appear in the "Use Previous Account Options" dropdown when making a payment.

Payment method updated!

Your new payment information is saved and ready to use for future payments in the Concord-MyEquiant portal.
